Bill Thompson

Bill leads the global solution architect team in providing sales support to Wasabi’s worldwide sales team and customers. Prior to Wasabi, Bill has served in various technology driven companies in a technical sales role including Arbor Networks (NetScout), QuantumBridge (Motorola), Altiga (Cisco), New Oak Communications (Bay Networks), and Shiva Corporation (IPO). With over 30 years of sales support experience in both the Enterprise and Telecommunication markets, Bill’s experience with both early-stage companies and early-stage technologies has been critical to many organization's successful transitions from product evolution to production environments.

A graduate of The SUNY Institute of Technology, Bill and his family are long time residents of Groton Massachusetts and enjoy all seasonal sports and the great outdoors.
