Pay as You Go Storage

Pay as You Go is Wasabi’s public cloud object storage offered via Wasabi’s Pay as You Go pricing model. With this pricing model, after a 1 TB monthly minimum, the Customer pays only for the storage used without a fixed length subscription term (the Customer can cancel the Wasabi account at any time). Applicable terms and conditions are as follows:

• No charge for API requests or data ingress

• No charge for egress as long as the monthly egress amount is equal to or less than the amount of active storage in the account

• Under the Pay as You Go pricing model, there is a 1 TB minimum commitment; after which the Customer only pays for the storage used without a fixed length subscription term.

• 90-day minimum storage duration period

Reserved Capacity Storage

Reserved Capacity Storage is Wasabi’s public cloud object storage offered via Wasabi’s Reserved Capacity pricing model. With this pricing model, the Customer can purchase a reserved amount of storage over a 1, 3, or 5-year subscription term. This pricing model also allows a Customer to set a capped or limit to the amount of storage that can be consumed. This pricing model offers lower pricing relative to the Pay as You Go pricing model. Applicable terms and conditions are as follows:

• No charge for API requests or data ingress

• No charge for egress as long as the monthly egress amount is equal to or less than the amount of active storage in the account

• 50 TB monthly minimum storage volume

• 30-day minimum storage duration period

• At the end of every month during the subscription term, Wasabi will determine the actual amount of storage utilized by the Customer.  If the storage utilized exceeds the total storage purchased by the Customer (as may be increased by the Customer from time to time upon execution of additional Quotes, all of which will be co-terminous), Wasabi will invoice the Customer for the overage on a per GB basis at Wasabi’s then current rate (subject to any applicable reseller discount), monthly in arrears plus premium support. Payment for excess use is due upon receipt of invoice.

• During the initial subscription term, the Customer may purchase additional storage at the discount rate identified in the original contract. Subsequent renewal periods shall reflect the then-current discount schedule.

Reserved Capacity Storage – Capped

Wasabi Reserved Capacity Storage – Capped is Wasabi’s public cloud object storage offered via Wasabi’s RCS pricing model and a capped or “limit” to the amount of storage that can be consumed. With the RCS pricing model, the Customer can purchase a reserved amount of storage over a 1, 3, or 5 year subscription term. The RCS pricing model offers lower pricing relative to Wasabi’s Pay-go pricing model. Applicable terms and conditions are as follows:

• No charge for API requests or data ingress

• No charge for egress as long as the monthly egress amount is equal to or less than the amount of active storage in the account

• 50 TB monthly minimum storage volume

• 30 day minimum storage duration period

• Every day Wasabi will determine the actual amount of storage utilized by the Customer. If the storage utilized reaches the total storage purchased by the Customer at any point during the life of the contract (as may be increased by the Customer from time to time upon execution of additional Quotes, all of which will be co-terminous), Wasabi will enforce a storage cap exceeded and prevent any new storage uploads. Customers will be required to free up storage capacity or purchase additional storage.

• During the initial subscription term, the Customer may purchase additional storage at the discount rate identified in the original contract. Subsequent renewal periods shall reflect the then-current discount schedule.

Wasabi AiR

Wasabi AiR is an AI-powered cloud object storage service that enables deep search of media libraries. Media files uploaded into an AiR storage account are automatically processed to generate second-by second descriptive and technical metadata for the media item.

Wasabi AiR comes with an advanced multi-function search and browse user interface (UI), and the metadata is available via API for import into common workflow tools such as media asset managers (MAMs) and orchestration applications.

Customers purchase Wasabi AiR under our Reserved Capacity pricing model where they buy an amount of storage  on a 1, 3, or 5-year contract. Applicable terms and conditions are as follows:

• 100 TB monthly minimum storage volume

• 30-day minimum storage duration period

Wasabi Ball Transfer Appliance

Wasabi Ball Transfer Appliance (Wasabi Ball) is a transfer appliance used to move data sets from customer premises storage environments to Wasabi’s public cloud object storage. Wasabi Ball is offered on a rental basis with a fee of $750 for 30 days of usage. Applicable terms and conditions are as follows:

• Minimum transfer volume of 50 TB

• Wasabi Ball will be invoiced upon shipment

• Wasabi Ball must be returned within 30 days; if not returned, Wasabi will charge $750 for each additional month in which the Customer has not returned the Wasabi Ball.

• Wasabi Ball is currently offered in the United States and the European Union

Wasabi Direct Connect

Wasabi Direct Connect is a transport service that is used when providing private network connectivity, dedicated or hosted, between your data center or other public cloud instance and Wasabi public cloud object storage. With WDX, customers pay a fixed monthly port speed rate based on the type of port speed chosen: 1 Gbps or 10 Gbps. Applicable terms and conditions are as follows:

• Minimum subscription term of 12 months

Wasabi Account Control Manager and API

Wasabi Account Control Manager is a management platform used to provision and manage accounts associated with Wasabi’s public cloud object storage service.

Wasabi Account Control API is an API used by WACM or Customer-developed applications for the provisioning and management of services associated with Wasabi’s public cloud object storage service.
Applicable terms and conditions are as follows:

• Customer is solely responsible for developing their application to interface with the Wasabi Account Control API

Wasabi Explorer

Wasabi Explorer is an S3 storage client that is used to access Wasabi public cloud object storage. Applicable terms and conditions are as follows:

• Wasabi Explorer is provided to Customers at no cost

Wasabi Cloud NAS

Wasabi Cloud NAS is a bundle offering which includes the Wasabi Cloud NAS software and Wasabi object storage. The Wasabi Cloud NAS software is a file gateway which connects your on premises storage via NFS/SMB and replicates the data to Wasabi. Wasabi Cloud NAS is used to connect the file storage environment and store unstructured data on Wasabi object storage. Applicable terms and conditions are as follows:

• Wasabi Cloud NAS can be purchased via Pay as You Go model or Reserved Capacity Storage pricing model

• Pay as You Go: Minimum billable storage/mo is 10 TB

• Reserved Capacity Storage: Minimum capacity to purchase on this pricing model is 50 TB and 1-year term

• Trial can be updated to a Pay as You Go account by entering credit card info in the billing portal

• 30-day minimum storage duration period

Wasabi Cloud Sync Manager

Wasabi Cloud Sync Manager is a cloud-based platform that is used to migrate data from hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and other S3 compatible object storage platforms to Wasabi Object Storage.

WCSM is a paid product offering and currently operates as a managed service by Wasabi.

Wasabi Surveillance Cloud

Wasabi Surveillance Cloud is a bundle offering which includes the Wasabi Surveillance Cloud software and Wasabi object storage. The Wasabi Surveillance Cloud software is a file gateway which interoperates with the Video Management Software (VMS) and replicates your on-premises surveillance video recordings to Wasabi.

Wasabi Surveillance Cloud can be purchased via Pay as You Go model or Reserved Capacity Storage pricing model.

• Pay as You Go: Minimum billable storage/mo is 1 TB

• Reserved Capacity Storage: Minimum capacity to purchase RCS is 50 TB and 1-year term

• Trial can be updated to a Pay as You Go account by entering credit card info in the billing portal
